• Listing content: Property descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, house rules, and add-on details submitted by hosts.
• Provider business information: Business name, category, description, contact information, service area cities, and related listing content submitted by providers.
• Communications: Messages, reviews, and other content you submit through the Platform.
• Payment information: Payment details collected during checkout. Note: full card numbers are processed and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, links clicked, time spent on the Platform, and navigation patterns.
• Device and technical information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and referring URLs.

• Process transactions and manage subscriptions, including Provider billing via Stripe;
• Facilitate connections between hosts, guests, and providers;

• Send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing messages (you may opt out at any time);
• Display and manage your listings and profile on the Platform;
• Enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
• Analyze usage trends and improve the Platform's features and performance;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

Beekoozy does not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Certain profile and listing information is shared publicly on the Platform to facilitate bookings and connections. For example, a host's listing details and reviews are visible to prospective guests, and a provider's directory listing is publicly viewable.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:
